Though not in the same numbers as in previous years, there are still many Americans traveling during the time when COVID cases are surging like crazy.

It was a couple of days ago when it was announced on the local news that all travelers arriving in California will have to quarantine for 10 days.  Frankly, I am skeptical that people will abide by it.  My question is, who will make sure that people follow?  We all know that there is no one able to enforce it and it is another plea that will go unheeded.     Sad but true.
