The Mall, Athens

30-Jul-2019 • Athens Greece

After spending the entire morning at the Acropolis, hunger set in and Marc suggested that we visited a mall for a few hours and stay indoors for a while. It was beginning to get really hot since it was noon time. I agreed and we went to a mall named the Mall close to the Olympic Stadium. While we took the subway, the ride seemed to take a long time. Anyway, we eventually got there but many of the food stalls at the food court had not yet opened for business. In fact, we were advised to return around 1 pm if we wanted to buy food.

We ended up buying a Greek dish consisting of chicken skewers, some bread that looked like tortilla, and French fries.

The Mall, said to the biggest mall in Athens

It was in Athens where Marc and I discovered the Flying Tiger store chain. We likewise found it in Cyprus, Portugal, and Spain. It was a cute store selling things mostly for a euro.

These were some of the cute notebooks we saw for sale inside the Flying Tiger.
