Prior to the summer of this year, I had wanted to visit the Mezquita for a long time. I had seen pictures of it online and on Instagram and I was mesmerized. I knew it was one attraction I wanted to see for myself. I was glad to have finally done it last July. I was in awe by what I saw once I entered the cathedral where the mezquita was located. So special was it, I asked my partner, Marc, to accompany me to tour the entire cathedral twice.
