If there is one thing I love being a teacher, it's the vacations we routinely get. In fact, besides the two month summer break, we have one week off for Thanksgiving, 16 days over the Christmas holidays, and another week for spring. I sure am thankful for these days off since they give me the chance to rest and do what I love most, travel!

Unlike in previous years when I went far, I am just going to Utah this year. A mere two hour plane ride away. Unlike last year when it took me nearly a month to get over the jet lag, there won't be any this year. The one hour time difference between California and Utah's Mountain time is so negligible, it will hardly make any difference.

I also look forward to seeing Utah's wonders. It is such a beautiful state I am looking forward to taking amazing pictures for my Instagram account.
