Oh Me Oh My!

It was a year ago today when I signed up for gym membership. Four months into the regular workout and exercises, I lost 10 pounds. Boy, was I ecstatic! Sadly I didn't keep the weight off for a long time. By December 2017, I began packing on the weight gaining everything I had lost and then some. While it's true that my workload had gotten heavier and worktime longer, I did eat a ton of sweets from July onwards. Anyway, I am back in the groove and here's hoping I repeat the miracle of last year.
