There are two places I truly like in Las Vegas. They are the Strip and Summerlin. Every visitor knows the Strip, however, I am not sure everyone knows anything about Summerlin at all. I actually fell in love with this area of Las Vegas the very first time I set eyes on it. It is Vegas's version of San Francisco's Pacific Heights and Los Angeles' Beverly Hills. Although perhaps not as expensive as the multi-million properties in these two California cities, Summerlin residences are nonetheless undisputedly upscale and rich. It is a beautiful quiet, safe and elegant residential area of Las Vegas I would love to buy property in. In fact, every time Marc and I visit Sin City, the Strip and Summerlin are the only places we hang out in.
