The Trevi Fountain

27-Dec-2013 • Rome Italy

Marc and I saw quite a lot of Roman landmarks on our first afternoon in the Eternal City. I was quite surprised at how close the sights were to each other. In a way, it was good for us and all tourists visiting Rome. It made our sightseeing easy and quick. The Trevi Fountain was the next sight we got to visit. Boy, was the place jampacked with people. Taking pictures was quite a challenge here but we managed.

The Trevi Fountain. I sure was happy to visit the real Trevi Fountain. I visited a replica in a mall in Seoul, South Korea last 2005 and another one in Las Vegas in 2007. Nothing beats the real thing.

How handsome! Marc striking a pose at the Trevi Fountain

Isn't this place packed? Taking a picture here was oh so difficult. There were people everywhere. Marc and I returned here on the very last day of our Italian holiday to throw a coin into the fountain. Hey, we do want to return, you know. Hopefully, a gazillion times more since Italy is just AMAZING!
