I haven't traveled in three months.  After the many trips my partner and I took last year, I would be lying if I said I didn't miss them.  The truth is, I do, big time.  Scaling back on the travel this year is something we deliberately planned.  We do need to spend our money wisely and so this year, we're doing just two international vacations.  One for the summer and another one for Christmas.  It's London and Israel for us in July and hopefully Southeast Asia in December.  

We were supposed to go to Tel Aviv last December but had to cancel at the last minute.  I do pray Israel will happen for us this year without fail.  I also looked at cruising in the Caribbean over Christmas should we not leave North America but everything is priced unbelievably high.  

After our Paris and Amsterdam trip two Christmases ago, we vowed we would never return to Europe in Winter when the days are dreary, but the airfares to the continent are the least expensive during the season.  I have feeling we'll be returning but this time, it will be to the south.  We shall see.
