Lots of changes most certainly took place in the city of Porto since I first came here. What struck me as soon as Marc and I got off the train was how beautiful the city was.
The blue and white tiles that decorated the main hall of the train station were simply spectacular. You can just imagine how busy the entire area was with hordes of tourists gawking at all the tiled artwork. Then as soon as we stepped out onto the streets, my jaw dropped in awe even more.
Sooo nice to be back! Porto, I missed you! This was the train station. What do you think?
Downtown Porto. The train station is the brown building on the right. We had to ask for directions to our hotel at the tourist office on the left.
A local church which was popular among tourists.

Trams were everywhere.

This was the main façade of the church with the blue and white tiled wall shown above.
A rear view of the University of Porto. The other side was quite busy. The I LOVE PORTO sign was located on a sidewalk in front of this school.
