Since Marc and I were in Lisbon last year and we did a lot of sightseeing then, we had a more relaxed stay in the Portuguese capital this time. One attraction I did not want to miss was the Carriage Museum which I had read about on the in flight magazine on one of the flights we took coming over to Europe this summer. I knew right away I had to visit and see it. It did not disappoint.

I have been to a number of museums showcasing cars but these carriages from centuries ago sure were eye catching.
