I finally got to see the Mormon Temple. I have seen Mormon missionaries all my life and have seen the Mormon Temple in Oakland, California from afar. However, it was just over my spring break did I get to see THE most important place for all Mormons. There were families dressed in their Sunday best having picnics on the church's grounds. It was a festive day. I wanted to see the building where the big choir sang in this impressive stage. I've seen it a million times on TV. Marc and I didn't get to see it though since there was service being celebrated at the time of our visit and the site was off limits to visitors.

If there is one thing I can say about SLC, the Mormon religion sure has a strong presence there. Not only did I see it, I could feel it.
