Heritage Village in Abu Dhabi

10-Dec-2017 • Abu Dhabi Abu Dhabi

After visiting the Emirates Palace Hotel, our driver took us to the Heritage Village right away. The place was packed with tourists the afternoon we arrived. What I liked most about the place was the corniche right next to it. Oh my! What a sight it was! Anyway, the village was really a museum which showcased Abu Dhabi's leaders, culture, and people. We stayed for an hour here.

The beach at the Heritage Village. The water looked so inviting. Swimming was not allowed here though. The view of the Abu Dhabi skyline from here was spectacular!

I just loved the vintage photos they had about Abu Dhabi in the olden days.
