Eataly in Chicago
While walking along the Magnificent Mile, Marc and I stumbled upon the famous "Eataly." Upon entry, we thought it was just a supermarket. But we soon realized it was a huge space replete with food stalls and very nice looking restaurants.
Since it was nearly 6 pm and we had plans on retiring early that night, we decided to look no further and simply dine there. We looked around and we decided on a very nice looking pizza place to have dinner in. We ordered a big pizza to share and we chose our toppings of mushroom, tomato, and cheese. It was good. Needless to say, we finished everything very quickly.
During our stay in Chicago, I realized how much cheaper it was to eat out in Chicago compared to San Francisco. Much cheaper. I also wanted to check out condos in the city but we ran out of time. I certainly wouldn't mind living there part time when I retire.
