Marc and I spent quite some time walking around this very famous cemetery in the Recoleta district of Buenos Aires. We had heard a lot about it in many forms of media and there was no way we were going to zoom through our visit. We savored every minute by walking through its quiet alleys and paid our respects to one of Argentina's most famous citizen, Eva Peron, who is buried here together with her family.

I must say, Recoleta Cemetery looked like a city. A city for the rich, the famous, and the dead. The mausoleums were so grand. So impressive.
