The Marina Bay Sands was not yet built during my trip to Singapore last 2007. In fact, if memory serves me right, land was still being reclaimed in the area where this famous building with the breathtaking views from its infinity pool now stands. It was a no brainer for us as to what to visit first on second day in the Lion City.

How I wish we were able to take pictures of the infinity pool from the top of this hotel. I've seen pictures of travelers who stayed in this hotel and took pictures of themselves in the pool with the Singapore skyline in the background. All I can say is the views were spectacular!!!
