It is hard to believe it's been nearly two months since our trip to Thailand. I am so grateful for these pictures I am able reminisce and see the sights once again even though this time just on my computer.

In hindsight, I should have taken my journal with me to take notes. I used to before. I got very lazy though and on this trip I did not. I would be lying if I said I remember everything about the trip because the truth of the matter is, I have forgotten a lot of details which would have otherwise made this entry more accurate.

Anyway, Ayutthaya was not just one big attraction. It was a whole town. On the day we arrived, it was like a zoo with bus loads of tourists arriving every hour of the day.

On this particular trip, Marc and I arrived in Ayutthaya by bus. On my very first trip here with my nephew, Eric, and my niece, Christina, fifteen years earlier, we traveled by boat along the river.
