As our HOP ON HOP OFF bus made its way back to the city center, we passed by an area of the city where all the residents were out in the streets drinking and having a grand time. It seemed like a street fair. The presence of the Union Jack was everywhere. It was very clear who the locals' were for.

The festive atmosphere made up for the gray skies.
