A Parade In Honor of Veterans From Past Wars

During our first afternoon in Belfast, we witnessed our first parade. We read about such events as being very political which sometimes break out in skirmishes among the feuding locals belonging to different religions, beliefs and loyalties.

No wonder there were a number of policemen who accompanied the parade participants. As we watched, they all proceeded to City Hall where there was a World War Memorial.
