St. Teresa's Church in Grafton

St. Teresa's Church on a street off Grafton

Visiting St. Teresa's Carmelite Church was not high on our list of must sees while in Dublin. In fact, Marc and I did not even know it was in the Grafton Street area when we passed by it. Its building was quite impressive from the outside and so when we saw it, we wasted no time going in.

I do not exactly remember who advised me to make three wishes every time I visit a church for the very first time. However, that's exactly what I do. Do note that I never ever make bizarre requests like winning millions in the lottery nor fame. I simply ask for good health at all times, guidance in my work, a safe and unforgettable vacation, things of the sort. I can say my wishes have mostly been granted.

Anyway, many of the churches in Europe are hundreds of years old and have a lot of history. Pretty awesome if you ask me.
