I saw the Cabildo on my very first visit to New Orleans many years ago. I knew it was a museum but I didn't go in. Last Easter Sunday, when the clouds started turning gray late afternoon, Marc and I knew it was time to visit a museum lest we got all wet. Since we were still in Jackson Square and the Cabildo was right behind us, we decided to go inside and take a look. I was glad we did. I love museums and this one certainly was full of southern history and culture. I'm sure y'all love it too.
