Pork-a-licious!

My apologies to all vegans and vegetarians, but I cannot live without pork. I don't eat it all the time nor would I want to. But every time I see roast pig, I cannot help myself.

Back in Manila, in the Philippines, I grew up eating lechon (that's how we call our roast pig), on special occasions. My parents would buy a whole pig and serve it during family gatherings and parties.
