New York, New York, Excalibur, Luxor, and The MGM
I think Las Vegas is more interesting at night than in the day time. The Casinos and hotels are all wonderfully lit when the sun sets. We were there a good five days over Christmas but we still didn't get to visit all the hotels and casinos along the strip.

The Excalibur continues to have reasonably priced rooms along the strip. Much less than any other hotel I know.
This statue in front of the Luxor is absolutely stunning all throughout the day.
