I am a fan of TUMI. There's just no denying it. I love the name, I love the brand. TUMI is to the US what Rimowa is to Germany. Ever since I bought my first TUMI briefcase in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in the winter of 2010, I was hooked.

Since that time, my initial purchase has grown into a wide collection of international carry-on luggage, backpacks, totes, wallets, travel kits, luggage tags, and more. Before I used to wait for their sale which normally takes place in the winter and summer. Nowadays though, I no longer wait so long in between these seasons since TUMI merchandise have made their way into TUMI outlet stores in Vacaville and, as of last year, Livermore at discounted prices not to mention some retailers like Nordstrom Rack, Loehman's, and even ROSS. While the sale items are either surpluses or the ones whose styles or models have been discontinued, they are perfect in every way. Hence, every time I see a sale sign next to anything TUMI, I normally cannot resist and I just buy. Mind you, many people would exclaim that their sale prices are still steep. But as I always say, "It's TUMI!"
