Valladolid, Spain

It was a Saturday in between midterms and finals when a few of my classmates from the USAL's Master's program and I went to Valladolid. We took a bus from the bus station a block away from our dorm. We walked around the city from morning till mid afternoon. We loved the architecture. It was different from Salamanca's. One thing that stood out in our minds was that the city was totally deserted even though it was not a holiday whatsoever.

We did manage to visit and shop in an El Corte Inglés in the city center although it was quite small. Little did we know there was a much bigger one not far away.
