Victorian Houses

21-Jul-2014 • San Francisco, California United States

When in San Francisco, one doesn't have to go far to see Victorian Houses. They are virtually everywhere. There are some renovated ones and some beautiful old ones. Whatever their age, they are bound to catch anyone's attention.

I remember first seeing rows upon rows of Victorians when I was studying in the University of San Francisco for my graduate degree. From Market Street in downtown San Francisco all the way to Fulton street, the public bus #5 I rode to school passed by some of these incredible houses. What was to be a dull and crowded 40 minute bus ride because of the stops in every corner turned out to be a scenic and enjoyable ride thanks to these elegant houses of yesteryears.
