Miyajima

1-May-2014 • Miyajima Japan

While in Hiroshima, Marc and I had some buffet lunch at a restaurant inside a department store. We were quite surprised at the practice of eating buffet style there. We were given an hour and a half to eat all that we could then we had to go. I don't think we used up all the time allotted though. With our bellies full, we set off for Miyajima.

Miyajima is more known for its Red Torii Gate at sea. In fact, every time I think of Miyajima this is exactly the image of the town that comes to my mind.
