Dinner Before My Bedtime Aboard Cathay Pacific

There is no denying flying First Class on a long haul international flight is very comfortable. I was really hoping for a very, very long flight. Turns out our flight had very good tail wind making travel time down a couple of hours. Just my luck, eh. Anyway, the 13.5 hours I spent on board went by so quickly.

It seems to be universal among US and Asian carriers, an assortment of nuts ise given right upon boarding to all First and Business class passengers.

My appetizer, salmon and caviar

A closer look at my appetizer. I finished my caviar in minutes.

My very smooth squash soup

My main course, US Prime Beef Steak. I had it cooked well done and it was perfect!

Dessert? The ice cream with a slice of cake looked so yummy I forgot to take a picture for this entry.

Me in my jammies courtesy of the airline. I was given two sets of pajamas. One large and one small. I loved the design. It was specifically made for CX by PYE, HK fashion designer

There were two restrooms solely for the use of the seven passengers on First Class. Needless to say, I never had to wait to use the restroom. There were no lines of people. The FAs likewise cleaned the facility after every use.

The other restroom had better fixtures. See below.
