Kamppi Mall, Helsinki

There were a number of malls in Helsinki. The Kamppi by far was the most modern. It was connected to a Bus Terminal. Anyway, it was nice and had several floors. What I liked about it the most was the art sculptures in front of the building.

Here's a closer view of the wooden sculpture.

By the time we came to this mall, both Marc and I were hungry. The search for good food began and the price had to be just right. We had been eating Finnish food since our arrival and we had been yearning for some dish we normally get back home. Chinese came to mind, and hamburgers at the Hesburger did too. We did see an Indian stall selling my favorite Indian dish, Chicken Tikka Masala and so we tried it out. It was good but there certainly was a difference in the flavor of the sauce, The dish cost 9.80 euros a piece so it wasn't so expensive in otherwise costly Helsinki.
