Welcome to my blog. This blog is principally about my my life and travels within the United States and abroad. To date I have traveled to 80 countries in Europe, North America/the Caribbean, Asia, and Australia. I love to travel. I told myself that in my lifetime, I hope to see and visit 100 foreign lands.

Ever since I turned thirteen years old, I have been obsessed with travel. I still remember vividly during my high school days back when computers were still not widely used, I would literally run to my school's library when my classes were over and I would read about different countries in encyclopedias and other travel books. Then at home, when I was done with homework, I would open our huge atlas and literally made lists of countries from all the continents I wanted and planned to visit.

Just like any tourist visiting a new place for the very first time, I take pictures so that I will be reminded of the beautiful places and images I saw in the course of my travels.  I do enjoy looking at them especially when I am free from work and other responsibilities.  The idea of creating a blog also came about due to my need for more space to store and catalog pictures from trips that I have taken.  I realize I cannot continue placing pictures in photo albums as space in my home is limited.  Actually, I now have roughly 50.    Having a blog makes the pictures I  have taken a lot more accessible.  With just a click on my computer, I can view my pictures anywhere and anytime I want.

Given that I just started this blog less than a year ago, you will notice that more and more entries will appear from vacations past.  I really am new at blogging but I am enjoying it. Thanks for visiting.
