A trip to Toledo is not complete without a visit to the Alcazar. I had visited twice before, once in 1987 and the last time in 1988. It was nice to see it again and see the changes and the developments made to the sight.
A view of the Alcazar
I must say, the Alcazar, one of the main sights in Toledo has changed a lot since I last visited it. What used to be empty hallways inside the huge building, galleries and exhibits have now taken over. It is not just a military installation anymore but a museum as well.

Me wearing the fez I bought at the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul. I wore it here for fun!
A close up view of the dragon figure at the base of the monument in the middle of the courtyard.
A portrait of Governor General Narciso Claveria. He used to be the head of the Philippines and it was he who decreed that all Filipinos during his time chose a Spanish surname which his government supplied. This is the reason why Filipinos have Spanish surnames up to this day.
These were some Philippine tribal statues on display inside the Alcazar Museum.
These were the others from the Philippines.
If my memory serves me right, this is a military school. Picture taken from the Alcazar.
