I have long wanted to write a review about the 6 Emirates in a Day Tour that my partner and I took from Dubai over our Thanksgiving holiday. I am hoping this will help fellow travelers who are curious about this tour and who are contemplating on taking it while on a visit to Dubai.

Prior to our trip, I had tried to get information about the 6 Emirates in a Day Tour from TripAdvisor posts but unfortunately found very little info to be of any help.

Given the very limited time we were going to spend in Dubai and the UAE, we knew time was of the essence and so without looking any further, we booked a tour from the Rayna Desk in the lobby of our hotel, The IBIS Diera City Center hotel. It was manned by an amiable Indian national who worked both desks at the IBIS and the Novotel. Both hotels happened to be literally connected to each other.

I would like to inform you too though that inside the Dubai Mall, we saw two tour booths that offered many kinds of tours which included the 6 Emirates in a Day too for less than what we paid for ours.

The tour is named 6 Emirates in a Day because visitors are supposed to visit 6 out of the 7 emirates of the UAE. There are 7. The Emirate of Abu Dhabi is not included in this tour. There are separate half day and day long tours to this place. Anyway, the tour is supposed to be a combination of SEE and VISIT. When I say see, you don't get off the vehicle and literally just go through the emirate because there is little to nothing to see. VISIT is when you actually get off the vehicle and get to spend time either to take pictures (a photo opp, in other words) or get to tour an attraction.

The tour is named so because it begins in (1)Dubai and goes on to see/visit (2) Sharjah, (3) Ajman, (4) Um Al Quwain, (5) Ras Al Khaimah, and (6) Fujeirah.

Do I recommend this tour? I personally liked it and I was able to get to see a bird's eye view of the different emirates. It was a long day spent touring having started at 9 am ending at around 7:30 pm.
