One attraction in Santiago not to be missed is Santa Lucia Hill. Although it has a fort and a church, its appeal to visitors lies in its location. It is the highest hill in the city and one gets spectacular views from there. Marc and I came here during the daytime but I can just imagine what it is like at night with the city lights.
