A walk along Grant Street as well as its cross streets will surely surprise any visitor. I have lived in San Francisco for nearly thirty years and during all this time, the murals that can be found in this section of the city change every few years. Old ones simply get painted over by new ones. This mural along Stockton Street though has endured and has been in this spot for as long I can remember. I must say, San Francisco's Chinatown is a world on its own. One is literally transported to a seemingly southern province in China where Cantonese is widely spoken. It never bores, at least not me!
