It's been a full day since the United States presidential elections ended. To be honest, I am still shaken by the results. I voted for Hilary Clinton and I was pretty sure she had the presidency in the bag based on the polls and the news. I have never been so affected by any presidential election as much as this most recent one did. I have always been a Democrat and I suppose will be so for a very long time if not forever. I always say after the primary elections that I am a proud Democrat. After the general elections regardless of the outcome, I say, "We are all Americans."

I just hope and pray Mr. Trump will indeed make America better.
