A few weeks ago, Marc, my partner, and I were walking along San Francisco's scenic waterfront, more famously known as the Embarcadero, when we passed by EPIC, a rather posh restaurant along the way. We saw the wine bottles they had all lined up by the window behind their bar. Who would have thought they would look so colorful and artsy? I most certainly did.
