If you happen to be a Super Bowl fan, you no doubt know that the big day is being held in my adopted hometown of San Francisco. Oh yes, it is such a big event, the city government has set up a mini village to house concerts, a zip line, plus a host of other attractions by the scenic Embarcadero waterfront.

We went to visit it last Saturday and after just a week, the city is literally teeming with people both local and out of towners. There is traffic gridlock but the mood is festive. I, for one was thrilled to see sports celebrities walking around town.
