Although it has been three weeks since we ushered in 2016, I don't think it is late to make new beginnings. I truly am glad 2015 is over. While I cannot exactly say it was a bad year, it most definitely was a tough one for me. It made me stop and reflect and I am better person for it.

While in Las Vegas last Christmas, I purchased a book from Z Gallerie inside the Fashion Show Mall along the strip. It reminded me of all the Golden Books I read as a child in early grade school. Once I opened it, I realized it was geared towards adults as it was full of suggestions on how to live life better and more meaningful when life becomes chaotic and stressful.
