I had no idea that I would go crazy over Tuesday Morning. I am not talking about the day of the week here, folks. I am talking about the store. I visited it for the first time ten days ago. It was actually my partner, Marc, who suggested that I went in. He had heard of it before and it was he who told me that it was similar to the discount stores, Ross and Marshalls, in the city. Actually, it seemed more like Home Goods to me but anyway, I was so surprised to see lots of the German made Steinbach nutcrackers for sale at bargain prices here. They were priced so low I couldn't resist buying a few.

I already own a number of the German made Ulbricht nutcrackers. I take them all out of storage at Christmas and place them in the middle of the coffee table in my living room. I have had them for years now. Anyway, I have always found the Steinbach brand very upscale and pretty. Unfortunately, they have always been priced sky high which is why I never ever bought any. Tuesday Morning changed all that. I am now a proud owner of a dozen new nutcrackers and they are all Steinbachs. I couldn't believe my luck.

During my last two trips to Munich, Germany, in the last two years, I planned on buying one or two. But, even in the place where they are manufactured, I found them to have out of this world prices. I am so excited. I cannot wait for the festive Christmas season to begin.
