Our Very First Glimpse of the Famous Belfast Murals

3-Jul-2015 • Belfast Ireland, Northern

Marc and I first caught sight of politically themed murals in Belfast shortly after our HOP ON HOP OFF bus left the Titanic Quarter. Unfortunately, visitors could not get off here. Thus, we had to do our best and take the least blurry pictures we possibly could while the bus moved from one mural to another.

This section of the city was clearly very Pro-Britain what with all the Union Jack flags everywhere. It was a very beautiful section of the city. All the murals certainly made the area look very colorful although some had very serious themes. We wanted to return on our own. Sadly, we ran out of time.
