What's New, London?

14-Jul-2015 • London England

On our second visit to London together, Marc and I were determined to see what weren't in the city yet when we went there the first time in 1997.

We were excited to see the London Eye, the Millenium Bridge, the Shard and the Tate Modern. They were all new for us.

Neither Marc nor I will never ever forget the summer of 1997 though. The trip became extra memorable for us because it happened to be the wettest summer in the UK in over a hundred years as reported by the local news at that time.

I was just glad this summer was not as bad. While it rained a few times, they didn't last long and they were squalls more than anything.
