I was blown away by the beauty of the harbour in St. Peter Port. No wonder it was featured in practically all travel brochures and postcards about the city.
We likewise lucked out on the weather. It was very bright and sunny on the day of our trip. We couldn't ask for a better time to go.

High Street St. Peter Port. I loved walking up and down this street full of stores and boutiques. Marc and I actually visited Marks and Spencers here and bought some pastries and drinks from their bakery located in the basement next to their supermarket.

This Pound Store, the equivalent of the US's Dollar Store, was located right on the city's high street.

If there is one thing I can say about St. Peter Port, it is the abundance of flowers and flower beds everywhere.

By 4:30 pm, we all had to return to the Ferry Terminal for return trip back to Jersey. While at the terminal waiting for our departure, Marc and I saw the Condor Ferry taking passengers bound for St. Malo, France. When I return to the Channel Islands, I would love to take the ferry to St. Malo and tour the city surrounded my a wall very much like Avila in Spain.
