I normally do not eat McDonald's burgers. I just really don't fancy eating them. Every time I go to any McDonald's, I order the Filet O Fish instead. Today however I had a hankering for one. I suppose I needed a change after eating so much Asian food in the past weeks.

A few days ago, Marc received an invite from the brand spanking new McDonald's on Sutter Street that included some freebies. We decided to take the fast food chain on its offer.

I must say, we had a delicious lunch. With the new promo, Golden Arches patrons can now create their own burgers with the toppings of their choice. I made my own and I was flabbergasted by the taste. I had some guacamole placed on mine while Marc ordered his with loads of mushrooms together with other veggies.

I realized what made this McDonald's branch different from other franchises besides its clean and new digs. Here, the restaurant's helpers actually bring the food to its patrons after they are seated. I overheard some people expressing their pleasure with it and I myself did not mind it one bit.
