There are hundreds of Victorian Houses scattered all over San Francisco. I know a colleague who bought one a decade ago for way over a million dollars and still had to renovate the interior for another million. They are all old and many do need some update. Once all the necessary work are done, though, they become unique works of art.

It was just recently when I started paying attention to the doors of these houses. I find them absolutely elegant.
