Ikebukuro is another section of Tokyo I usually visit for shopping. To go there, I usually just board Japan Railway's Yamanote Line and despite the long train travel, I get there without having to transfer.

While in Ikebukuro, I checked out the Suit Company, Aoyama, Suit Select, and SEIBU. It was here where I lucked out. I finally got to buy a pair of black leather shoes. Turns out, SEIBU still had some sale going on although on a very limited scale.
