Stanford University, One of America's Finest
I have lived nearly 25 years in the San Francisco Bay Area. It wasn't until today though that I visited one of its finest universities, Stanford University. I even overheard one visitor to the university this afternoon call it the best in the west.
Should you be wondering why there are no students in the pictures, well, our visit took place on a Saturday afternoon. I also don't think the kids have returned from their winter break yet. One thing for sure. Tourists from all over the world, particularly China, were there in full force.
