Say it ain't so!

I went for a walk around Union Square today and all I can say is it was a sad, sad sight. How can Christmas end so soon? Little by little, all the decorations that made the city look so extra beautiful are coming down and being put away.

Anything and everything about Christmas is now on sale at 30%, 50%, and 70% off, that is, if there is anything left at all.

As far as I am concerned, Christmas doesn't end until the Day of the Three Kings come January 6th.

Now I have to wait another year. I can't wait and I hate the idea. That's just me, I'm a Christmas geek, you see.

Inside my favorite store in all of San Francisco, Neiman Marcus

On sale for half off in Neiman. I'm on the fence about this. I might get it a little later on, when its price becomes too irresistible for me to leave it behind.

The red Christmas balls welcoming visitors to Macy's will soon be history, a least for the next twelve months.

Union Square with its Christmas Tree

The ice rink will be around for a few more weeks. This place is a definite hit year after year.

My latest purchase from the after Christmas sales. I should have gotten the pair when both pillows were still in the store. I went back to get them today and lo and behold, only one was left. Anyway, it looks good on one of our couches.
