I find it rather surprising that there are less Halloween decorations in many retail stores nowadays. In fact, I took most of the pictures in this entry in cities outside the Bay Area.

It has been reported that billions of dollars worth of Halloween merchandise from costumes to home décor sell during this period every year. For some strange reason, I just don't see as much Halloween stuff for sale this year unlike in previous years.

I do miss the really fun and happy Halloween celebration in the Castro from years past. Ahh, those were the days. Anyway, have a fun and safe Halloween people!
