The Best Western Premier Slon
Marc was absolutely happy to see our room at the Best Western Premier Slon in Ljubljana. Although the lobby was a bit dated, looking very 50's vintage, our room, was ten times better in size and quality than our hotel room in the IBIS. Granted our hotel now is priced three times more expensive, there is no denying it is so very nice to stay in quality accommodations when on the road while on vacation.

Our room reservation in Hotel Slon came with free buffet breakfast every morning. What can I say? We were so happy to wake up and have our breakfast ready in the hotel's beautiful breakfast room.
The buffet had eggs, pork and beans, potatoes, eggs (Boiled, scrambled, and sunny side up), sausages, ham, salami, bacon, Slovenian pancakes (more like crepes), cantaloupe, watermelon, pineapple, pastries, bread, and more.

Seconds. I admit, I overate. I couldn't help it. The food was plentiful and delicious.
