The IBIS Wien Messe

26-Jul-2014 • Vienna Austria

The Ibis is our hotel of choice whenever we find ourselves in Eastern Europe. Fortunately, there are several of them in Vienna alone. This time, however, our stay is not nearly as expensive as our first time. Who can beat 37 euros a night?

I do not think there is a hotel in the US which charges a price this cheap. Such is the reason why I also find traveling out of the US better and cheaper.

Our IBIS Wien Messe Hotel. Getting here from Vienna's international airport was easy. We took the S Bahn train and got off at Preterstorm exit.

Just like in all IBIS bathrooms the world over, the amenities like shampoo as well as the hand and body soap are combined into into this liquid soap.

There were only two towels provided in the bathroom. However, we saw two more towels in one of the shelves of the hallway closet.
