Kinkakuji Temple
There were many places on our list of must sees in Kyoto. The Kinkakuji Temple was one of them. Marc and I first went one hot and humid afternoon but since it was late in the afternoon when we went, the gates to the place were closing thus we had to come back the following day to see it.
I must say, the Kinkakuji Temple, all golden, was a sight to behold.
